The web site Simply Log Cabins is owned and operated by Gudrum Classics Ltd. we are one of the UK's largest and most successful importers of Log Cabins and Garden Buildings. The Log Cabins are manufactured for us in Factories across Eastern Europe and are delivered mainly in full truck quantities to our UK warehouse from where we offer a delivery service throughout the UK mainland. We keep a significant stock of cabins in the warehouse which are usually delivered within 7 days however if a building ordered is not already in stock we will load in the factory on the next available truck (during busy seasons we are loading in the factories usually every week). As factories are in Eastern Europe there is around a 1 week travelling time for trucks to arrive with and and we then deliver to every area within 7 days. If that schedule is too quick then please let us know at point of order. We will then order the cabin and hold it in stock until you are ready for it to be delivered.
Many of our cabins are available at discount prices for Bulk Buy orders (3 or more cabins order at one time would be a bulk order).
The maximum discount is available on container volumes of log cabins. Typically this would be around 16 BBQ House or around 30 Market Stall style buildings. These loads are then usually delivered direct to customer’s warehouse / premises where the customer is usually required to off-load with a fork-lift or similar. If this is not possible we can deliver on one of our trucks which has a fork-lift on board. We can deliver full loads / container volume to any country / province as may be required. To attract the best terms payment terms are full cleared payment before loading.

It should be noted: Bulk and Corporate Sales by definition are not retail sales but are contract sales and therefore subject to a contract of supply and not the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and updated 2017 which supersedes the Distance Selling Regulations.
We can also arrange for delivery of individual cabins direct to our clients customers meaning that our clients have no handling / warehousing costs or the worry of cabin sizes and how to deliver. We do not assemble any cabin but we can refer clients to assembling companies to ,make their own arrangements for assembly if required.
