On Log Cabins and Summer Houses with Shallow roof Slope angles is advisable to fit Shed Felt prior to Fitting Felt Shingles if the Felt Shingle Roof Option is Required.  As Shingles Overlap each other there is a theoretical possibility that water can flow back up the shingle and over the top thereby wetting the roof boards.  By fitting Shed Felt first this Creates a water Proof Structure and the Felt Shingles are fitted on top of the Felt.

Shed Felt alone gives a Great Finish on Pent or On Apex Roof Buildings but on Octagonal or Other Shapes it can leave unattractive seams - Shingles Will Cover these and leave a much more attractive roof finish.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS PRODUCT IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE WITH A BUILDING

Adhesive should be used if there is a risk of exposure to severe winds (not supplied).

Norland Scotland 1 Corner Log Cabin: The Norland Scotland 1 Corner Log Cabin is a classic 3m x 3m corner log cabin featuring superb quality double Doors and Tilt and Turn Windows.  Almost every manufacturer produces a building of this style but what really sets the Norland Scotland 1 apart from its competitors is: The superb quality of the slowly grown Nordic spruce used in its construction, the 40mm wall logs (many competitors use 28mm) the double glazing and the ridge height. As a simple contemporary styled corner log cabin the Norland Scotland creates an attractive feature in the garden that offers a very practical purpose.
The traditional Interlocking Nordic build style of this cabin creates an easy to assemble and extremely sturdy structure and uses no screws or nails in the wall construction.  The Norland range also feature chalet corner jointing to give that extra timber jointing for extremely good weather resistance.
