Promotions may be subject to a start and end date, if so they will be clearly marked on the marketing material.
If a promotion does not state an end date we have the right to withdraw the offer at any point.
All promotions are only valid if advertised at the price during promotion, prices are subject to change.
Entries/Uses
Promotions,codes,entries are all limited to 1 use per customer. We have the right to cancel your order if we believe you have used a promotion unless stated more than 1 time per customer.
Giveaways/competitions
When we run giveaways you as an entry are subject to our terms and conditions.
Number of entries will be clearly stated on promotions but unless otherwise stated we limited all entries to 1 per person
Unless stated there is no cash alternative
Prizes will be sent up to 7 days after the competition closes and the winners annouced.
Winners will be notified via email from info@gudrum.com no other form of contact will be sent to the winner to avoid and potential scams. Please ensure the email is from the one stated before engaging in conversation. We will never ask for any bank details or ask for any payment.
Entries will be chosen at random using a random number generator. Unless it is stated that the entry will be a majority verdict / judging which will be contucted by members of staff over the course of 5 working days, in a controlled and non-bias environment.
