Gudrum Classics Ltd is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Gudrum Classics Ltd collects information from our users at several different points on our website. Orders We request or used stored information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (such as name and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill customer’s orders. The contact information including Name, Address and Telephone Number may be passed to suppliers and carriers in order to fulfill the order. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Unless you place an order with us or contact us and request that we contact you - we will not contact you.


When you place an order our web site will automatically go through the following processes.  These processes do not feature an opt out option as it is necessary that that you receive the information for the fullfilment of your order:

1) The Web site will send you an order confirmation which may include information regarding delivery

2) The web site will send a confirmation that your order is being processed

3) You may be contacted by us, our suppliers or a courier to arrange delivery

4) You will receive an e-mail thanking you for your order with following emails which may request that you consider posting a review about your experience of ordering from us.  It is entirely at your descretion whether you respond to that message.

The following Processes do feature an opt out option:

If you have requested a news letter by opting in at the point of order - we may periodically send information relating to special offers.

Phone Conversations

All in coming and out-going telephone conversations may be recorded and may be used in communications between us or as evidence of "Verbal Contract" or otherwise. Recordings, where held, are for our sole use and will not be held for a period of longer than 12 months.  Not all conversations are recorded. Recordings of conversations will not be forwarded except to comply with any legislative statute, Police requests or by instruction from a Court of Law or other legislative bodies. Any forwarding of recorded conversations will be made in the electronic format in which the conversations are stored.  No conversions or editing will take place.

PLEASE NOTE: In the event that an order or credit application fails we reserve the right to contact you through either the phone number or e-mail address provided. This is a reactive measure simply so that we can check our systems - it is not a Cold Call and is simply a customer support call for information.
